yogurt, cottage cheese and berry parfait

 

1/2 of a (5 oz, single serving) container Vanilla Oikios Greek Yogurt 

1/4 or 1/3 cup 2% cottage cheese

1/2 cup mixed berries 

sweetened to taste (if needed)

Mix cottage cheese and yogurt together, top with your favorite berries. In this recipe I used raspberries, blueblueberries, blackberries and stawberries, sweetened with Stevia to taste.

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese: offers 130 calories, 1.6g fat, 15.3g carbs, 3.1g fiber, sugars 10g, 14.2g protein
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese: offers 145 calories, 2 g fat, 15.9 carbs, 3.1 fiber, 11.4g sugars, 16.2g protein 

Layered in a parfait glass, this beautiful breakfast treat tastes as yummy as it looks.
