Healthy hair is a sign of good overall health. Although we lose hair everyday, during the surgery process and the stress of massive weight loss, we can lose more hair than normal. Even though it is a normal part of the process, but there are things we can do to help. 

To minimize hair loss, eat healthy, take your vitamin and protein supplements, and be sure to get an ample amount exercise to release additional stress on the body. After the first few months of the weight loss phase is over, abnormal hair loss will lessen and return to normal.

Even during this phase, we can look and feel our best. As you lose weight the shape of your face changes. Consider a new updated hairstyle that best fits your new emerging personality and your new face shape. Besides, getting regular haircuts promotes hair growth and keeps hair healthy.
