oh yeah...

That is exactly what you'll be singing after trying this one...

Oh Yeah!

My theory about protein drinks is to find several varieties that you like.  Although the powders are a better on the budget, the drinks ready to drink in the cans are really good tasting and this one is no different, rich and creamy.

Although some have more calories than others, this one is a little on the high side, but it does pack 32 grams of protein and is low in carbs.

A full bottle of Oh Yeah! packs 220 calories, 9 grams of fat,  7 grams of carbs, 3 grams of sugar, and  32 grams of protein. It's also lactose free.

GNC carries this variety of Oh Yeah, protein drinks, and protein bars in several flavors...and Oh Yeah also has really good protein bars.  After you give up shakes and get on maintainence, the bars come in handy for a quick snack.

It's always a good idea to check labels for low fat, (single digits per serving), 10 grams of sugar or less per serving and 20 grams of carbs or less per serving.

Tip of the day: find one you can tolerate that is available at a grocery or drug store, you never know when you'll need one on the road or on vacation.  So plan ahead, try out different kinds and enjoy the ride....

Oh Yeah...we can, we have many more miles to go!

You'll think you're dreaming with this protein smoothie...it's that good.  This was also one my favorite varieties.  It also comes in vanilla and strawberry, but my favorite, the chocolate dream...

...dream on...with this extreme smoothie from VHT.  Available at Harris Teeter.

Yes, you can, you have many more miles to go!
