notes of encouragement
“I am going through all the process steps to prepare for bariatric surgery and I am afraid of complications. I have been doing lots of research and I wanted to THANK YOU for your blog. I have not had a chance to read it all, yet— but I sure will.
You have made me feel much better about the decision. Please don't stop blogging. I don't know if you realize how much it means to someone like me. I am going to start one soon because maybe I can also help someone one day.” —Leslie
Leslie has had her surgery and is giving back to others who need her help. Great job Leslie. Keep up the good work. Wishing you much success. Leslie writes.
"Hi Julia -- I am a little over 3 months past surgery now. I am down 60 pounds and am doing great. Thank God, no complications! Thank you Julia again for all of your information here. I continue to come to your blog for information and recipes, etc. Anyone that is contemplating this surgery, don't be afraid! Go to your doctor, get into some classes to learn more about it.
I am trying to give back too. I live in Northern California and have been assisting other people who are about to have their surgery or have just had it. So many of us are not sure what to eat, how to prepare it, etc.

So many of us are not sure what to eat, how to prepare it, etc. I can help you. I was given help by others and now it is my turn. Message me here.
Thank you again Julia!!
