OK, so it's not breakfast at Tiffany's, it's better...how about breakfast at my house.
Before weight loss surgery, I hardly ever ate breakfast, but now I don't skip a day without it.
Breakfast before was boring and difficult. So I had to get creative. In this section you will find ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner, even snacks....yep...snacks.

Breakfast today was 1 small container of Oikos Greek Yogurt (vanilla flavor) and and 1/4 of a Gala apple. I did add one packet of Splenda.
Right now, I'm on a yogurt and apple kick...a little dusting of Spenda on an apple and I imagine that I'm having a candied apple. Delish!!! You could add any fresh fruit and a little granola, just a sprinkle. Serve in a small glass or champagne glass. Remember, you eat with your eyes first, so make it feel as if you're dining at an upscale restaurant ... only better!
