Shamrock Shake
Basic Shake Recipe
- ½ cup skim milk, or 2 %, soy milk or water
- 1 to 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Sugar substitute to taste
- Add any flavoring ingredients
To the Basic Formula add:
- sugar-free pistachio jello pudding mix
- mint extract
- drizzle chocolate around inside of the glass and fill
