Shamrock Shake 

 Basic Shake Recipe

  • ½  cup skim milk,  or 2 %, soy milk or water
  • 1 to 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar substitute to taste
  • Add any flavoring ingredients 

To the Basic Formula add:

  • sugar-free pistachio jello pudding mix 
  • mint extract
  • drizzle chocolate around inside of the glass and fill
