green de mint

This month I'll be publishing a few variations of green to keep you marching towards weight-loss success. 

Mix up the basic formula and then add the flavor ingredients.

Green de Mint

Basic Shake Formula

  • ½ cup skim milk, soy, or almond milk or water
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • about 1 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar replacement (optional)
  • Flavoring ingredients (optional)

To the basic shake add:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
  •  1/4 teaspoon Green Food Color
  •  Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)
