This month I'll be publishing a few variations of green to keep you marching towards weight-loss success.
Mix up the basic formula and then add the flavor ingredients.
Green de Mint
Basic Shake Formula
- ½ cup skim milk, soy, or almond milk or water
- 2 scoops protein powder
- about 1 cup ice cubes
- Sugar replacement (optional)
- Flavoring ingredients (optional)
To the basic shake add:
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Green Food Color
- Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)
